Business center at the intersection of Krasnoproletarskaya and Seleznevskaya streets, residential buildings in Chisty, Gagarinsky, Butikovsky, Tessinsky lanes, multifunctional and business complexes on Prechistenskaya and Novodanilovskaya, Sofia, Serebryanicheskaya, and Paveletskaya embankments, residential skyscrapers on Mosfilmovskaya Street and Capital Towers on Krasnopresnenskaya embankment, the cottage settlement "Club 2071," the famous "Sadovye Kvartaly" in Khamovniki – all of these are his works. Sergey's projects have been implemented not only in Moscow but also in other cities in Russia and around the world – in Washington, Venice, Orel, Samarkand, Paris, Kislovodsk, Minsk, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Perm, and others. He is the recipient of numerous awards and honors, an academician of the International Academy of Architecture. A member of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Environment of the USA and Canada, a two-time Grand Prix laureate at UNESCO and the International Academy of Architecture competitions, the Architect of the Year "ARCH MOSCOW 2008," Urban Awards 2012, holder of five gold and two silver diplomas of the International Festival "Zodchestvo," awarded the V.I. Bazhenov Medal of the Union of Architects of Russia "For High Architectural Mastery." His project "Multifunctional High-Rise Residential Complex in Moscow International Business Center - One Tower" received the Gold Award at the 2023 A' Design Award and Competition. He is a professor at MARSH and MARHI, an honorary builder of the city of Moscow. A member of the board of the Union of Moscow Architects. Sergey is among the top 50 most authoritative and influential experts in urban planning in Russia.
