Chairman of the Architectural Council of Moscow, Chairman of the Urban Development Council of the Skolkovo Foundation, Honorary Professor of the Moscow Architectural Institute. Among Sergei's projects are Zaryadye Park and Concert Hall, Irina Viner-Usmanova Gymnastics Palace, the reconstruction of the Luzhniki Stadium for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, the Palace of Water Sports in Kazan, the Krasnodar Stadium, and many other significant facilities. His projects are among the world's best places, recognized as projects of the year, awarded the title of best projects of the year, make it to shortlists, and become laureates of prestigious Russian and international competitions. Under Sergei's guidance, educational exhibitions-conferences such as "Comfortable City" and "Open City" are held annually. As an artist, he expresses himself in watercolor technique, dedicating considerable attention to depicting architecture and urban spaces. Paints and sketchbooks are an integral part of Sergei's travels, and the geography of depicted objects extends from New York to Vladivostok.
