Research Objective

The list of 100 Most Creative Russians is compiled by an analyticalgroup based on a survey of 350+ experts from 14 directions of creativeindustries. Initially, we form a circle of opinion leaders, notable expertspecialists who propose their choices for leaders in the creative industries oftheir region

To identify a list of outstanding individuals, teams, or projects in thecreative industries of regions that have made a significant contribution to thedevelopment of their sectors

Quota sampling and the 'snowball' method are employed when working with respondents.In Moscow, the number of respondents across all stages exceeds 350 individuals,and the number of observed objects within the study surpasses 1500 units

The obtained qualitative and quantitative data are consolidated into aunified index and entered into a single database

Ultimately, a list of the top 100 Candidates with the highest indices isidentified using numerical sorting, without specifying the position of eachobject

Data for the research are gathered through electronic surveys, personalinterviews with respondents, and online voting by members of the expertcommittee
