Architect and founder of the architectural firm "Tsimaylo Lyashenko and Partners," Nikolay, in collaboration with his partner Alexander Tsimaylo, has brought to life numerous ambitious contemporary projects. The firm is involved in the design of projects of various scales, ranging from urban planning concepts to interior design. The portfolio of the firm includes over 60 implemented projects with diverse functional purposes.Some notable projects include club houses like Brodsky, Nabokov, "Kutuzovsky XII," the reconstruction of the Bunin house, Chekhov house, residential complex White Khamovniki, Savvin River Residence, Cloud Nine, the park "Rublyovo," and others. In 2022, Nikolay was honored with the "Architect of the Year" award at the "ARCH MOSCOW 2022" exhibition. Since 2011, he has been teaching at the Moscow Architectural Institute (MARHI).Through his passion and the bold and vibrant realization of projects, Nikolay contributes significantly to the development of the city's architecture, transforming the appearance of the capital.
