Architects can be divided into two categories: those who follow trends and those who anticipate and set them. Boris Levyant and his firm ABD architects certainly belong to the latter category. Boris is an architect and a member of several prestigious architectural organizations, including the Union of Moscow Architects (SMA), the Moscow Architectural Society, and the Moscow branch of the International Academy of Architecture (MAAM). He is also a professor at the International Academy of Architecture and an advisor to the Russian Academy of Architecture and Building Sciences. They have also developed projects following the LEED Gold standard, the world's highest standard for environmental and energy efficiency.
