Irina Zhdanova began creating graphics and websites at the age of 13 and started working in industrial design during her student years. In 2016, she founded her own bureau. Today, Irina's portfolio includes over 300 implemented projects. She is an invited lecturer at Moscow State University, Higher School of Economics, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Stieglitz Academy, Stroganov Academy, Skolkovo Moscow School of Management, and others.As the founder of the industrial design bureau "Mashtab," she assists startups and federal companies in developing new products and improving existing ones for mass production. The team's portfolio boasts more than 130 projects, including urban and off-road vehicles, travel goods, furniture, medical and household appliances, and electronics.The "Mashtab" bureau addresses tasks related to analytics, generating creative concepts, sketching, modeling, prototyping, preparing products for mass production, and sales. Designs from "Mashtab" regularly feature in the exhibition of the Museum of Design at the Tretyakov Gallery as a representative of contemporary design. In 2019, the exhibit included the RM Frontier 1000 snowmobile; in 2023, a carbon city bicycle, the Hi-Fly cargo drone, and the iCross active carbon wheelchair were featured.
